Role Description As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member, you play a key role in supporting agency operations and enhancing customer success. You will build strong customer relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
