Equipment Technician, Vacuum, Semiconductor, Raxium

Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree with a focus in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, or chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) tools). Experience reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics. Experience troubleshooting equipment by checking software logs, programmable logic controller (PLC) signals, and wiring to find the root cause of a failure. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience with development of manufacturing processes including acceptance testing, startup, and qualification. 1 year of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (drawings, schematics, standard operating procedures, etc.). 1 year of experience in technical leadership with an ability to search with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to understand hardware roadmaps. Experience supporting emergency response and safety teams. Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems, gas meters and calibration, disaster plans, laser safety, and x‑ray equipment inspection and badge programs. Excellent sense of ownership with the ability to be detail‑oriented and organized. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $99,000 – $141,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Perform repairs and modifications on production tools. Execute electro‑mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting on a variety of toolsets. Collaborate with process and equipment engineering to improve tool performance and reliability. Support the equipment engineering department with maintenance, tool installations, retrofits, and repairs as needed.
