Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Lockport, NY | Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a well-established standalone Skilled Nursing Facility in Lockport, NY . This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities while working with a supportive interdisciplinary team. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals and needs. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and families to deliver exceptional patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Educate residents and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress. Qualifications Current New York Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered. Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
