Job Title: Salesforce Core Tech Lead (SF Core + LWC + Apex)Job Location : Syracuse, New YorkJob DescriptionThe ideal Candidate is responsible for designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex programming language and integration techniques This role involves collaborating with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the delivery of high quality scalable and maintainable solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom applications using LWC Aura Components Apex classes and triggersImplement complex business logic using Apex Process Builder and FlowsDevelop and maintain integrations with other systems using RESTSOAP APIs platform events and other integration patternsCollaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure high performance and responsive designs across Salesforce applicationsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platformsStrong proficiency in Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura FrameworkHands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud including configuration and custom developmentProven experience with Apex classes triggers batch jobs and asynchronous processingStrong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture governor limits and performance optimizationExperience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIsFollow and enforce Salesforce best practices coding standards and development methodologiesReview prepare the technical design documentParticipate in design discussionsPerform Code walkthroughs and code reviewsCertificationsSalesforce Admin , PD1 , PD2 is highly desired
