SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Associate Chief

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Associate Chief in the Total Force Integration division, AF/A8PV, including oversight of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. As the Director of A8PV representative, assists all facets of operating the division and serves as the Senior Program Analyst in the division.

DUTIES:

Supervises accomplishment of office responsibilities, overseas civilian personnel
Serves as a senior program analyst charged with full technical responsibility for planning, analyzing and/or evaluating the risks, benefits, costs, and implications of formally integrating personnel and resources across all Air Force mission areas and all Air Force components in different unit organizational concepts
Leads the TFI Working Group in support of the TFI Integrated Process Team and General Officer Steering Committee sessions
Promotes Total Force Integration in support of AF strategic planning efforts by maintaining a continuous liaison with other Air Staff, OSD, Joint Staff, and other Service, and other DoD offices to ensure informed decision-making by senior Air Force leadership
