Data Entry Specialist– Stratford, WI (Seasonal) SUMMARY STATEMENT AgSource is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position for a Seasonal Data Entry Specialist in our Stratford Lab location. The ideal candidate will perform data entry duties with impeccable attention to detail and remarkable accuracy. To maintain good attendance is a condition of employment and an essential function of your job. Our ideal candidate would be client satisfaction focused and a strong willingness to learn. This position is 100% in office at our Stratford, WI location. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide entry of sample information into LIMS software. Generate laboratory information sheets and disperse appropriately. Promote and adhere to safety in the workplace. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Follow safe work procedures and report unsafe conditions and injuries immediately. Inspect own work area and take approved remedial action to minimize or eliminate hazards. Position Requirements High School diploma or GED preferred. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proven organizational and time management skills. Detail orientated nature. Strong ability to work quickly and accurately. Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and OneNote. Familiarity with database systems and data entry techniques.
