Human Resource Generalist

Recruitment ManagerThis position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities to support operational needs across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective, and compliant hiring processes while contributing to broader HR functions.This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains qualified talent aligned with company standards and production demands.Staffing & Recruiting (Primary Focus)Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategiesCoordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens and onsite interviewsMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate documentationConduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against job requirementsEnsure compliance with internal hiring procedures and external regulationsMonitor open positions and provide regular updates on staffing statusSupport internal job posting and promotion processes in alignment with company policyAssist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresGeneral ResponsibilitiesSupport employee relations by addressing associate questions and concernsAssist with policy interpretation and consistent application of company guidelinesMaintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirementsParticipate in events, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate on HR projects such as engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce planningSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and detail-oriented mindsetWorking knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practicesProficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft OfficeFlexible work schedule; able to support all three shifts with little noticeEducation/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in HR preferred, or High School Diploma with 2+ years' experienceExperience in a manufacturing environment highly preferredBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsurancePrescriptionVision401K + Company matchLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityEducation AssistanceFlex SpendingEmployee Assistance Programs12 Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffTAC Manufacturing, Inc. is a Japanese owned automotive parts supplier, serving the Japanese Transplants (Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, etc.) as well as the domestic OEMs (Ford and GM).
