Role Description 

As a Technical Account Manager/Cloud Infrastructure professional at HTP Consulting Services, you will embark on a challenging and rewarding journey, fully remote, where your primary mission is to foster robust relationships with our esteemed clients and to spearhead the seamless deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions.

This pivotal role within our organization demands a hands-on approach to project management, an adeptness in coordinating with multifaceted teams, and a deep-seated commitment to elevating client satisfaction through exceptional technical support and guidance. 

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, from meticulously overseeing project timelines and execution strategies to serving as the linchpin between clients and our technical teams. While a significant portion of your role—approximately 85%—is dedicated to the technical intricacies of cloud infrastructure, encompassing Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 Administration, the remainder of your time will be devoted to the art of client management. This unique blend ensures a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience; this is a mid-level position. xhyhwjd
• Proven experience in technical account management and cloud infrastructure 
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking technologies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects 
• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Preferred Azure Certifications 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Management.
