Centralized Intake Coordinator Greater Pittsburgh area We are expanding our Centralized Intake department and looking for 4 strong individuals to open our 2 nd successful intake office in Cheswick, PA. If you are someone that enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you. Position Summary: Responsible for responding to and processing referrals for our 13 skilled nursing communities located in the Greater Pittsburgh market. Coordinating referrals with communities to transition admissions.
