As we continue to scale our global platform, the Operations Training Coordinator will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving function-specific training programs that equip our fulfillment and distribution workforce in Jacksonville, Florida. ROLE OVERVIEW Fanatics Commerce is seeking an energetic Operations Training Coordinator to join our Operations Training team in Miramar, Florida, collaborating with operations and business partners to ensure Athletes and Fans receive top-tier support. In this dynamic role, you will facilitate and coordinate the delivery of function-specific training programs, maintain training records, and serve as a key contributor to the onboarding and development of seasonal employees across fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution center operations. The Operations Training Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) Partner with operations leadership and cross-functional business partners to align training initiatives with fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution center goals, contributing meaningfully to management team meetings. Observe and evaluate individual trainers and team leaders, providing recommendations that strengthen training efficiency and build a more capable, confident workforce. Work across various shifts and peak season hours, including day and night shifts, to ensure consistent training coverage and support for a diverse workforce. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Facilitate New Hire Orientations (NHOs) that set Athletes and new employees up for success from day one, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for fans. Conduct and coordinate personal and professional improvement training courses using a learner-centered approach that meets the needs of all employees, regardless of background or experience level. Ensure training programs directly support operational excellence in fulfillment and distribution, enabling faster, more accurate fan order fulfillment. Champion a training environment that is inclusive, engaging, and reflective of Fanatics Commerce's commitment to fan obsession at every touchpoint. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) Conduct task analyses to create and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring training content is accurate, current, and operationally relevant. Identify opportunities to improve training materials and delivery methods, continuously iterating based on program evaluations and learner feedback. Apply creative problem-solving to adapt training approaches for a diverse, multilingual workforce, including bilingual Spanish/English delivery. Explore the use of digital tools and emerging technologies to modernize training content and improve knowledge retention across the team. Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) Create and maintain a robust system for tracking training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and employee knowledge and skills to ensure accountability and visibility. Manage the end-to-end delivery of training programs with strong organizational discipline, ensuring all sessions are facilitated on time and at a high standard. Flex across shifts, schedules, and assignments during peak seasons, demonstrating a relentless commitment to keeping the workforce trained and operations running smoothly. This role is expected to: Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING Required Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; must be able to facilitate training and communicate effectively in both languages across all employee levels. Proficient in computer usage, email, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create and maintain training records and documentation. Strong understanding of fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution center processes and workflow. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple training programs and employee records simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating in a classroom, warehouse floor, and tour environment. Situational leadership experience and the ability to effectively train and engage a diverse workforce across varying shifts and schedules. 6–12 months of experience facilitating adult learning theories and effective training principles preferred; 6–12 months of training or technical writing experience preferred. Physical ability to stand 6–8 hours per day, walk 5–10 miles per day, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with the ability to work in a warehouse environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
