Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2025-2026 school year. This position offers the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of students while working in a collaborative school environment. The assignment spans from August 27, 2026, to June 12, 2027, with structured weekday hours—Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 3:45pm—including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks each day.

Your primary responsibility will be providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral support for a student in an elementary building, fostering their growth and success in a supportive academic setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in school settings, especially elementary levels, preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and practical application in classroom environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff, students, and families
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and follow behavior intervention plans
• Professional, flexible, and compassionate approach to working with children

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 support for a designated elementary student, implementing individualized behavior plans
• Track and report on student progress and data as required
• Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Foster a welcoming and encouraging environment for learning and personal growth
