Executive Director Global Product Marketing

As the Executive Director, Global Product Marketing, Promotion and Merchandise + Special Projects , you will own the global promotions and gifting business category end-to-end, from strategy through execution. This is a highly visible, critical leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the promotional and gifting roadmap that fuels consumer acquisition, loyalty, and incremental growth. You will set the vision, lead the strategy, and inspire the team to craft best-in-class programs that redefine how beauty promotions and gifting drive engagement in the prestige category.


You will be accountable for bringing bold, creative, and commercially powerful promo and gifting concepts to life-from holiday programs to limited-edition sets, sampling, merchandise, and gift-with-purchase. Above all, you will ensure Sol de Janeiro's gifting strategy is not just competitive, but industry-leading.
