Facets Development Lead

Leading a team of developers, the remote Facets Development Lead will act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application, addressing business queries and resolving application tickets in a contract-to-hire position. Key responsibilities Act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application Support business queries related to member enrollment and lead a development team of 5-6 developers Resolve tier 2 application tickets and provide input to the development team for incident resolution Required qualifications 8+ years of healthcare payer experience 5+ years of experience with FACETS, FACETS extensions, and member experience applications Knowledge of EDI 834 and 820 5+ years of SQL query and debugging experience, with a focus on performance improvement 3+ years of hands-on development experience in web technologies such as Angular or React, and .NET to create REST APIs
