RN - MedSurg, PRN

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and maintain practice standards. Supervise and collaborate with assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Previous hospital experience preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN roles. Licenses & Certifications Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license (NLC/eNLC). Current BCLS certification. Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or others as required per department, to be obtained within specified timeframes. Additional Requirements Some roles require specialized certifications like Chemotherapy, Dialysis, or Neonatal Resuscitation, depending on the department.
