Responsibilities Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred. Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license required. Current BLS certification mandatory. Additional Certifications Depending on specialty area, certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialty-specific credentials are required or preferred, often within 180 days of hire.
