Facilities Coordinator

Job Opportunity At Intercontinental ExchangeIntercontinental Exchange is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented team member to support our Jacksonville facility for our rapidly growing organization. This position will be fast paced and administratively intensive. The ideal candidate will be naturally precise in regards to detail and consistency, have the ability to handle many ongoing tasks and projects, work closely with team members, and work at a high level independently.Responsibilities:Daily restocking of office and kitchen suppliesDaily walk through of office space to maintain the appearance of the officeAddress facility related employee requests and concernsTrack inventory and coordinate delivery of office and kitchen suppliesCreate purchase orders for suppliesPlace orders and obtain proper approval for vendor ordersSet up food/drinks/refreshments for meetingsClean up food/drinks/refreshments for meetingsMaintain and cultivate a working relationship with the building landlordMaintenance of office equipment Light repairPlacing and logging service callsEscorting and supervising vendors/repair techs while on the premisesFacilitate all internal moves and set up of new hires (supplies, etc.)Sorting and distribution of incoming mail and packagesKnowledge and Experience:2+ years of facilities work experienceExcellent communication and negotiating skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook ExpressOrganized and able to multi-taskAble to work independently and complete necessary tasks without consistent supervisionOutgoing personality with a positive "can do" attitudeExcellent service mentalityAbility to work weekends when necessaryOpen to new duties, responsibilities and changePhysical abilityIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
