ARCH Respite Coordinator is a full-time (40 hours/week) salaried/exempt role earning $53,000 annually What you will do:

Empower residents to live independently by supporting them in developing daily living skills, building meaningful relationships, and connecting with their community. Serve as the primary contact for ARCH Respite referrals and inquiries, conducting intake meetings and guiding families through eligibility, enrollment, and onboarding Educate families about respite program guidelines, available service options, approved providers, and allotted respite hours Build and maintain relationships with enrolled families to encourage ongoing engagement and participation in respite services Develop and implement strategies to increase respite enrollment, participation, and utilization Monitor respite utilization and proactively engage families to help maximize authorized respite hours, identify barriers, and connect families with appropriate solutions Build and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare providers, state agencies, community organizations, and other referral sources to increase awareness of and access to respite services Represent the Arc at community events, resource fairs, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote respite services and build community connections Deliver presentations and educational opportunities to families, professionals, and community partners to increase awareness of respite services Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate support and ensure families have access to the resources and services they need Respond to family questions regarding program requirements, vouchers, billing processes, and service utilization; assist with respite portal access, documentation requirements, and program navigation Maintain timely and accurate documentation of family interactions, participant records, and program information in agency databases and program systems Monitor enrollment, participation, utilization, and other program data; prepare reports and identify opportunities for program growth and development Ensure services and program activities comply with organizational policies, funder requirements, and ARCH Respite Program guidelines What you can expect from us:

Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, education, or related field preferred Three or more years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or their families Experience in program management, customer service, enrollment services, community outreach, case coordination, or family support services preferred Experience developing community partnerships and conducting presentations preferred We look forward to welcoming someone with the following knowledge and skills: Knowledge of services, systems, and resources available to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems. Ability to collect, analyze, and communicate program data. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
