Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, ensuring all findings guide treatment decisions.

• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on client strengths, preferences, and presenting issues, blending conventional methodologies with alternative practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to facilitate effective healing processes for clients.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting all therapy sessions, treatment progress, and revisions to treatment plans, while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Provide a mix of secure remote counseling sessions and in-person therapy (if applicable), flexibly adapting to the needs of individuals, couples, families, or groups.

• Contribute to case discussions and strategy meetings to share insights and consult on complex cases with fellow practitioners.

• Perform other duties as necessary to support the organization’s mission and operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families representing various cultural, socio-economic, and clinical backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be critical in helping them navigate their struggles and promoting their overall well-being through individualized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must hold an active, independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.
