What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience Experience with scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk workflow Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and patient accounts preferred Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments Support patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care What We Offer: Pay: $19–$23/hour, based on experience Benefits: medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Schedule: Monday through Friday Daytime hours 8-hour shifts In-person position #J-18808-Ljbffr Friendly Dental Group
