You will own the end-to-end L&D strategy, partner with senior leaders, and drive scalable, measurable programs to accelerate launches and sustain competitive advantage. You will lead a team, oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensure compliance with PhRMA guidelines and AbbVie's Code of Business Conduct.
