You will work directly with employees, Area Supervisors, customers, medical providers,

insurance representatives, and others to gather information and ensure timely follow-up

Join one of the largest and most successful franchises in the Bojangles’ system, operating over 57 locations across Central North Carolina and Southern Virginia. As a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist, you will gain hands-on experience in HR, enhance your administrative expertise, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to quality and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, documenting and escalating as needed.
• Manage routine FMLA administration, including paperwork, tracking, and follow-up.
• Set up and manage Workers' Compensation claims, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Assist with liability claims by gathering information and maintaining communication with involved parties.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential HR records including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and employee relations.
• Support HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• At least three years of experience in an office or professional environment.
• Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Workers' Compensation, or claims administration.
• Familiarity with Airtable and HR information systems.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM HR Generalist or equivalent certification.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods working at a computer and handling paperwork.
• Occasional lifting of file boxes or materials up to 40 lbs.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• On-site position at our Raleigh, NC office.
• Competitive hourly wage of $24.00–$26.00.
• Non-exempt position.
