At Thermosystems, you will be encouraged to grow, apply what you know, and see the impact of your hard work.If you want to learn more about Thermosystems, visit us at today!Location: Romeoville, ILResponsibilities :Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result.Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more.Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company’s financials.Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.Maintain great relationship with customers by providing best-in-class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met.All other duties assigned.Qualifications:Associate degree in related field is preferred.Proven experience in service coordination.Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Team player and willing to help others.Strong work ethic.Willingness to ask questions.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines.Self-motivated and can work independently.The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $26.45 - $31.25 in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
