Grower Accounting Manager

Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Grower Accounting Manager to join a leading agricultural company in Fresno, CA. This role oversees all financial activities related to grower operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with a deep understanding of agricultural business practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee grower accounting functions including billing, payments, and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to grower contracts and production costs
- Coordinate with growers, internal teams, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial documentation
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes related to grower accounts
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for grower operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in agriculture or related industries
- Strong knowledge of grower contracts, cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting software Famous and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
