Role Description You'll manage a litigation caseload independently, from intake through resolution, backed by experienced trial attorneys and real client-facing responsibility from the start. This is a strong next step for a litigator who wants ownership, not just assignments. What You'll Do: Manage a general liability litigation caseload independently, intake through resolution Draft motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda Take depositions, appear in court, and argue motions Work directly with clients on case strategy and updates Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation What You'll Bring: JD and active, good-standing California State Bar membership 3+ years of litigation experience Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills State courtroom experience (trial experience a plus, not required) Must reside in California and be available to appear in person as needed What We Offer Competitive salary, $125,000 to $175,000 DOE Remote work (available to appear in person as needed), full health/dental/vision, 401(k) match Partnership-track advancement, MCLE support, referral bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
