Guide patients and families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercise plans

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory directives

Engage in interdisciplinary discussions and care team meetings to ensure holistic patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferred: CPR certification

Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not compulsory
