Assistant Principal

Magnolia Montessori is seeking a dedicated and growth-oriented assistant principal (AP) to support the principal in leading all academic, operational, and community aspects of our Montessori charter school. This is a three-year developmental leadership role designed to prepare the AP to step confidently into a future principal position. The ideal candidate has Montessori experience, demonstrates professionalism, and is committed to serving children, families, and staff through authentic Montessori practice. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. Promote equity, inclusion, and a positive school culture. Assist with daily operations, school procedures, and state compliance. Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership training. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education or Educational Leadership preferred. Montessori certification from a MACTE accredited institution. 6+ years of teaching or school leadership experience. Florida Teaching Certification (K–8 or PreK–3) preferred.
