Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time contract opportunities are available supporting elementary and high school students in resource and self-contained settings. This in-person position offers a chance to make a profound impact through a variety of classroom environments, with flexible assignments spanning from short-term to full school-year coverage.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (all tiers considered)
- Experience or enthusiasm for teaching in elementary/high school resource rooms, DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), or EBD (Emotional/Behavioral Disorders) settings
- Adaptability to different caseloads and comfort rotating across assignments as needed
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
- Reliability and professionalism for full-time placements (approx. 35 hours/week)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction tailored to each classroom and disability category (resource, DCD, ASD, EBD)
- Follow and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teaching teams, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Track student progress and make modifications where necessary
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Shift smoothly between assignments that could range from 12 weeks to the full school year
