As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and enhancing Gallagher’s value. You’ll work closely with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align team goals with branch strategies.How you'll make an impactLead a team of client service professionals, ensuring they deliver top-notch support to both internal and external clients.Work closely with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align team goals with the branch’s strategy.Your leadership will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch.By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll help your team thrive and deliver real value to our clients.About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. LIFE & HEALTH licensing as required.Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
