The Farmers Insurance Agency Owner is an independent business leader responsible for building, growing, and managing a fullservice insurance agency under the Farmers brand. This role combines entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and community engagement to create a highly profitable, scalable business with recurring revenue and longterm equity value.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Build and manage a highperforming insurance agency with full P&L responsibility
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and community outreach strategies
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed professionals
- Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance and financial protection needs
- Maintain strong retention through exceptional customer service
- Grow revenue through new business production and crossselling
- Leverage Farmers training, technology, and brand reputation to accelerate growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales or business experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses
- Commitment to building a longterm, profitable business with recurring revenue
