Desktop Support Technician

Job Description Our client located in Slidell, LA is looking for a Desktop Technician to join their team for a 1-year contract. This is a first shift ONSITE role working from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Qualified candidates will be responsible for: Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks. Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments. Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems. Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks. Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation. Skills: 3+ years of Deskside support experience in a Windows 10 environment Hardware, software installation, PC imaging, laptop break/fix Win 10 and MS Office Suite support experience Interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel Company Description Pomeroy is a global provider of technology solutions and services designed to keep businesses and their workforce always connected, always secure, and always working.
