Insights Manager

Seeking a motivated Insights Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and execute large strategic research studies across consumer product offerings, delivering analytics and technical support to the team. Key responsibilities Designing and executing complex product and audience research studies to optimize subscription services and core offerings Managing longitudinal CSAT/NPS and other KPI studies for internal and external reporting across all product offerings Providing analytics support by working with Redshift, Tableau, and Looker to pull customer data and create relevant dashboards Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics, or 6 years with a Master's degree Extensive experience with survey design, sampling, weighting, and basic statistical analysis Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics is required Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau Presentation building skills with a good eye for concise data visualization
