Head of Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced, executive-level Head of Recruitment to build and lead full-cycle hiring

across our organization.

This is a rare opportunity to own recruiting and core HR functions for a thriving, growing organization:

building a genuine pipeline of dental-industry talent, leading vetting and initial interviews, and bringing

forward qualified, culture-aligned candidates ready for final review. You will help lay the foundation for

our next chapter of growth, including our planned expansion into other markets.

What You Will Own

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Take full ownership of sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing for clinicians, office managers,

treatment plan coordinators, revenue cycle staff, and other key roles across all of our NYC-area practices,

clearing our current backlog of openings and building a repeatable, scalable process for the future.

Vetting & Working Interviews

Lead a rigorous vetting process, including background and reference checks, and coordinate working

interviews so leadership can evaluate real-world, hands-on fit before any final hiring decision is made.

Executive Partnership

Work directly and independently with Dr. Tarica, Michael, and Melissa, managing sourcing and initial

evaluation on your own while partnering with leadership on final offers, compensation, and strategic hiring

decisions.

Supporting Our Growth

Help design a scalable recruiting infrastructure that supports our ambitious growth plans, including our

planned expansion.

Who You Are

• You bring a strong track record of recruiting success within the dental or broader healthcare
• You have proven, independent experience managing full-cycle placements, from sourcing through offer, with minimal oversight.
• HR generalist experience, onboarding and employee relations, is a strong plus.
• You are a natural fit for a family-owned business culture built on honesty and direct communication.
• You are based in the NYC area or are a strong remote candidate able to travel to the office regularly.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to treat this role like your own business.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base salary with potential bonus opportunities

Work Location: NYC area / hybrid, with regular in-office time
