Are you the recruiter who doesn't wait for candidates to find you?
Whiting Door is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing HR team!
This is more than a requisition-management role. You'll have the opportunity to shape our recruiting strategy, build creative talent pipelines, and make a visible impact on our workforce.
What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer to onboarding .
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build proactive pipelines for high-volume, skilled trade, professional, and hard-to-fill roles .
• Find candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community partnerships, job fairs, direct sourcing, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Be the recruiting expert and advisor to hiring managers.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify what's working—and what needs to change.
• Help improve our recruiting processes, technology, candidate experience, and employer brand.
• Build relationships with schools, workforce organizations, community partners, and other talent sources.
• Represent Whiting Door at job fairs, career events, and community events.
• Help mentor and support other recruiters and HR team members.
• Take ownership of special recruiting and HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
✔ 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
✔ A proactive, creative talent hunter
✔ Experienced with full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
✔ Comfortable recruiting for multiple roles and priorities at once
✔ A strong relationship builder and communicator
✔ Confident partnering with hiring managers and leadership
✔ Comfortable using recruiting data to drive decisions
✔ Organized, independent, and able to take ownership
✔ Experienced with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft Office
Manufacturing, skilled trades, high-volume, or hard-to-fill recruiting experience is a plus!

Salary Range : $75k - $95K - commiserate with experience plus bonus eligibility
