Project Manager III / Lead Product Manager Location Preferred: Massachusetts Open to strong candidates in New York Primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings as needed Overview We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the definition and delivery of customer and resource management capabilities across a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in shaping customer-facing and operational platforms that support field operations, customer engagement, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product management expertise, Agile delivery leadership, and Salesforce platform knowledge. This person will collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for customer and resource management platforms Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and business outcomes Manage and prioritize product backlogs within an Agile delivery environment Drive delivery across multiple Agile squads and coordinate dependencies between teams Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions Support enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud Salesforce Field Service Marketing Cloud Customer portals Mobile functionality Scheduling and dispatching Mapping and resource management tools Translate operational and customer needs into product requirements and user stories Facilitate stakeholder communication, product demos, roadmap reviews, and release planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency Mentor and support team members within a product‑led delivery model Required Qualifications 6+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience Hands‑on experience working within Salesforce environments Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks 4+ years delivering products in a cross‑functional, multi‑squad environment 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience Experience managing complex digital products and operational workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Field Service Marketing Cloud Customer portals and mobile applications Scheduling and dispatch operations Field operations or workforce management environments Enterprise‑scale digital transformation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
