4-Day Work Week $140K $150K + Bonus Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Yakima, WA. Join us at our well-established multidisciplinary clinic where you can focus onquality patient care not hospital politics, weekends, or call. This is a high-demand role with strong compensation, a predictable schedule, and real work-life balance.

Duties
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries
  • Manage Workers Comp (L&I) cases
  • Perform DOT physicals (or get certified we ll support you)
  • Coordinate return-to-work plans
  • Work closely with a collaborative rehab team
  • Complete documentation in a streamlined system
Schedule
  • Monday Thursday only 3-day weekends every week
Requirements
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Washington State
  • DEA license
  • Background in Family Practice, Urgent Care, ER, or Occupational Health preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • $140K $150K salary (DOE) + Performance bonuses + signing bonus
