Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

Job Description
Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at a premier litigation law firm in NYC.
\n \nThis role is full time, hybrid, and requires at least one year of workers’ compensation insurance defense experience.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n- \n
- Manage your caseload from inception through resolution. \n
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. \n
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials. \n
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and scheduling requirements. \n
- Work closely with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies. \n
- Conduct legal research, prepare strategic memoranda, and collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to ensure seamless case management. \n
- Draft Section 32 agreements, third-party liens, and Medicare compliance. \n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n- \n
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. \n
- Admission to the New York State Bar. \n
- Knowledge of New York State workers’ compensation law and regulations. \n
- 1+ year(s) of workers’ compensation insurance defense experience. \n
