Interim Director of ASC

Job Description & Requirements Interim Director of ASC Start date: ASAP. Salary range: $160,000 - $165,000 annually . The Position Provide operational and strategic leadership for a busy ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms. Report to the Chief Nursing Officer. Drive financial stabilization by identifying operational efficiencies, reducing monthly losses, evaluating staffing models and supply costs. Transition non-clinical services into the hospital structure. Strengthen workforce stability through recruitment, role clarity, and team engagement. Support contract negotiations and align quality and operational practices with best practices for ambulatory surgery centers. Maintain a highly organized, patient-focused environment and adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are essential. Availability to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN required; Master’s degree preferred. Active RN license required. Recent ambulatory surgery center leadership experience or director-level surgical services experience within the past five years. Compensation Annual compensation range: $160,000 to $165,000. Final rate determined by experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations following Fair Market Value evaluation.
