Description:
On Deck General Manager

This position is an On-Deck GM role that begins in either Harry's of Lakeland, FL or Harry's of St. Augustine, FL. We seek a candidate who will start as an AGM and learn our systems and financial operations and get prepared to take over a location as a General Manager. The estimated timeframe would be 6-18 monthe in the AGM role before promotion.

RELOCATION flexibility within Central and North Florida is required for this role. We currently operate Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille Restaurants in Lakeland, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahasse and St. Augustine. We also have two additional brands located in Fleming Island and St. Augustine.

Compensation based on experience. INITIAL TOTAL compensation in the On Deck GM role is estimated to be $80-100k+ annually base and bonus combined. Cmpensation will increase when assuming a permanent GM role.Harry's and our sister brands (Casa Reina and Whitey's Fish Camp) have location in Lakeland, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jacksonville area, and St. Augustine.

On Deck General Manager Qualifications:
  • Current Full Service, HIGH-VOLUME ($7mm+) General Manager Experience
  • Stable Work History with Upward Career Progression
