This position promotes the social-emotional and mental wellness of children and families enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start programs. This role provides trauma-informed mental health consultation, early intervention, and referrals, while also supporting the well-being of staff through coaching, training, and system-wide mental health strategies. The clinician partners closely with families, classroom teams, and leadership to ensure inclusive, developmentally appropriate mental health supports aligned with Head Start Performance Standards.
