Job Details

Our client is seeking a senior-level corporate attorney to join its established transactional practice. This role is designed for an attorney with substantial experience handling complex business transactions who is looking to take on a more active role in deal execution, client interaction, and overall matter management.

This opportunity is particularly well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple sophisticated matters, and values mentorship and long-term professional development.

Core Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
Lead and assist on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and investment structures
Advise clients on general corporate matters, including governance and operational issues
Manage multiple active deals and assignments with competing timelines
Work collaboratively with attorneys across practice areas to support client needs
Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to a diverse client base

Qualifications & Experience
At least 8 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A
Demonstrated experience with:
Contract drafting and negotiation
Mergers and acquisitions
Financings and private capital transactions
Ongoing business and corporate advisory work
Familiarity with securities matters is beneficial but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania is preferred
