Required Qualifications

Sonographer, Vascular Experience: 2 years Certifications: RVT-VT-American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(Copy needed)

RDMS-AB-American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: as needed On Call: as needed Float: Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital & Lahey Outpatient Center in Danvers MA potentially required, as needed SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years References: 1 Reference in entire work history Must have both general and vasc experience EPIC experience required
