At Kōsen , every detail matters. We're searching for an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Host /Server Assistant Hybrid to join one of Florida's most acclaimed fine-dining teams. If you're passionate about luxury service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to learn from some of the industry's best, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation- $16–18/hour (based on experience)
- Additional $5–6/hour in tips
- Competitive total earning potential
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest flow while delivering a seamless arrival experience
- Assist servers in providing Michelin-level service throughout the dining experience
- Reset and maintain immaculate dining areas
