Allocate resources for assigned projects. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports. Develop and implement quality control programs. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Proven experience in project management, rehabilitation construction, leading site teams, budget control, construction estimating, cost control, materials management, construction management, budgeting, and contract negotiation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Understanding of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines. Ability to plan and see the \"big picture\". Competent in conflict and crisis management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field. Valid license to practice profession.
