Restaurant Service Manager

Salary : $85K - $95K

This iconic Hollywood property is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager. When you join this team, you start a unique opportunity to become celebrated as the very best in your field. You will lead the exciting pre-opening and opening phases of this food & beverage restoration project that includes a Supper Club & Bar aimed at setting new benchmarks in luxury dining and bar service.

Qualifications:

5+ years high volume, upscale food and beverage experience

High level of accuracy in food service and presentation

Flexibly and willingness to be available when needed

Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing daily F&B operations during the restaurant's dinner service.

Service Managers work hands-on with the culinary and stewarding teams while communicating requests and concerns to drive problem solving and resolution

Remain visible in the operation, provide recognition of in-house and notable guest, and handle special requests, complaints, concerns.
