Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in line with department policies, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and revise comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge plans, based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
\n
• Engage with clients’ families and support systems, facilitating effective communication regarding treatment progress and discharge planning.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs of each patient, utilizing methods that enhance their recovery journey.
\n
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients, providing therapeutic support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address ongoing challenges.

• Perform continuous assessments of patient progress, documenting outcomes and utilizing data to inform clinical decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals experiencing challenges related to mental health and substance use, particularly those seeking detoxification and outpatient support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and education. Benefits include:
