What You'll Do

As a Licensed Therapist / Clinical Therapist at Connected Crew, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey toward mental wellness. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments to identify client challenges and strengths.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Staying informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both expertise and empathy to their work. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid license to practice therapy (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy or counseling services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to ethical and client-centered care.
