Job Overview A law firm seeks a Purchase and Sales Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will join a well-established team and should be a member in good standing of the WA Bar, with a preference for experience in closing real estate transactions. Duties Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances. Review title documents. Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions. Draft and review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements. Provide a professional and engaging client experience, addressing any questions or concerns. Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks. Develop and grow business relationships for the firm. Conduct training for potential clients in real estate law. Requirements 8 years of Purchase and Sales real estate experience required. Member of the WA State Bar in good standing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others and independently. Self-starter with community involvement and results-oriented mindset. Growth-minded with a focus on residential real estate. Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in WA. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in real estate law and transaction processes.
