Real Estate Attorney - REMOTE FLEX!

Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong presence in real estate and finance, is seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. This opportunity flexible remote or hybrid arrangements available across several western U.This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who enjoys working on sophisticated real estate transactions and taking ownership of deals from inception through closing. The role offers direct collaboration with experienced practitioners and exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters involving lenders, investors, and developers.
Manage and support real estate acquisition and financing transactions from start to finish
Coordinate all aspects of closings, including title and survey review, escrow coordination, and execution logistics
Review and analyze loan agreements and related financing documents
Draft and negotiate real estate documents, including:
Commercial leases
Assist with entity formation and transaction structuring
Serve as a key point of contact among clients, lenders, title companies, and other deal participants
2–4 years of experience in real estate transactions and/or commercial finance
Strong familiarity with closing real estate acquisitions and financing deals
Experience reviewing and drafting loan and transactional documents
Working knowledge of title and survey review processes
Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid schedules
Work on high-quality, complex real estate transactions
