Trial preparation and support. Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations. Attend and represent clients at trial. Maintain accurate time records. Requirements: Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed to practice. 2 to 6 years of litigation experience. Solid academic credentials. Excellent research and communication skills. Desire to grow with our busy practice. Prior experience with construction, real estate, and insurance coverage is a plus.
