We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Cook to join our culinary team at Avir at Hamlin in Hamlin, TX. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving nutritious and delicious meals.

About the Role

Dietary Cook responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals according to recipe and menu requirements

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control protocols

  • Assisting with food inventory management, ordering, and receiving

  • Collaborating with the dietary team to plan and prepare special events and functions

  • Adhering to food safety and quality control standards

  • Maintaining accurate records of food preparation and storage
